6-20kV Three-phase dry cast insulation transformers ТС(З)ЛУ type (analogue ТСЗСЛУ, ТСЗГЛ)

  Three - phase dry cast power transformers is a kind of dry transformers which have one or more windings with cast resin insulation with compound based on epoxy resin with silica filler. 
  Designed for power conversion in electric power grid systems and consumers of AC 50Hz nominal frequency and are installed in commercial and public buildings, which have an increased requirements in terms of fire/explosion protection, environmental cleanliness.

  High fire safety and operational reliability, low noise level and compactness made it possible to exploit these transformers in locations with high security requirements - in chemical, metallurgy, oil refining industries, as well as public buildings and facilities. Cast resin transformers are easy to maintain and comply with CENELEC requirements for E2 class on environmental safety, C2 class for work in adverse weather conditions, F1 class on fire safety.
  The protection degree under ГОСТ 14254 - IP00; IP11; IP21, manufacture a transformers with protection degree up to IP34 is possible after coordination with a customer.

Power range of commercially available transformers: from 16 to 2500kVA. 

 After coordination with a customer, manufacture transformers with up to 10000 kVA is possible.

LV windings rated power, kV: 0,23; 0,4; 0,69

Windings connection schemes: Y/Yн-0; Δ/Δ-0; Δ/Yн-11; Y/Δ-11
