110kV Three-phase power transformers ТДТН, ТМТН type

ТДТН, ТМТН type transformers: three-phase, three-windings, with natural oil circulation and forced air blowing (ТДТН) or naturally air cooling (ТМТН), with on-load voltage regulation (РПН) on the HV (high voltage) side and off-load switching (ПБВ) on the MV (medium voltage) side. The transformers are designed to convert AC high voltage of 110 kV to medium voltage (35 kV) and low voltage (6-10 kV) power and maintaining a predetermined voltage level in the distribution grids of both industrial areas as well as in general purpose electric grids.

High voltage (HV) regulation of transformers ТДТН, ТМТН (РПН) is carried out by tap changer in the neutral HV winding within +/- 8 x 1,5% of the rated voltage. MV - windings voltage regulation is performed without excitation (ПБВ) within +/- 2 x 2.5%. Oil transformers ТДТН, ТМТН have a backbone with three - rod laminated magnetic system, assembled from sheets of cold rolled electrical steel using technology "Step-Lap". The windings of copper wire cylindrical rods are placed on concentric core. Line and neutral HV, MV are equipped by current transformers. The ТДТН, ТМТН transformers tanks are equipped by fittings for filling, sampling, draining and filtering of transformer oil, connecting the cooling system and vacuum pump.
