110kV Three-phase power transformers ТДН, ТРДН type

ТДН, ТРДН three-phase, double-wound transformers with natural circulation of oil and forced air-blowing, with on-load high voltage regulation using tap changer (РПН), designed to convert AC voltage of 110 low-voltage power (6, 10 kV) and to maintain the necessary voltage level in the distribution grids in areas remote from industrial zone and for use in general purpose electrical grids.

ТДН, ТРДН type power transformers are made for countries with a temperate climate with temperature difference from minus 45 to plus 40°C. Transformers ТДН, ТРДН made in climatic modification Y1. Cooling is provided by small-volume radiators from oval tubes. Power transformers up to 110 kV ТРДН, ТДН provide a reliable power supply for the entire period of operation.

Р - the splitting of the windings on the LV side.

Voltage control ТДН, ТРДН under load (РПН) is carried out by tap changer in a neutral switching device HV winding between +/- 9 x 1,78% of the rated voltage. Oil transformers ТДН, ТРДН have a backbone with three-rod laminated magnetic system, assembled from sheets of high quality cold rolled electrical steel. The copper-made cylindrical windings are placed on core rods concentrically. Line and neutral HV inputs are equipped with current transformers. Power transformers ТДН, ТРДН tanks are equipped by fittings for filling, sampling, draining and filtering of transformer oil, connecting the cooling system and vacuum pump.
