  The transformers complies to the standards ГОСТ 11677-85, ГОСТ Р 52719-2007, TУ У 31.1-13608660-062:2007.
The manufacture is certified by ISO 9001:2008.

  Power oil-immersed three-phase three-windings general-purpose transformers with rated power from 10 to 400 kVA, with up to 10 kV voltage grade, are designed for indoor or outdoor installation.

  Technical characteristics

  Power transformers ТМГСУ (ТМГСО) type are produced with the rated voltage 6-10kV HV and 0.4kV LV, with balun (symmetrical winding). Connection scheme and group Y/Yn – 0.

As per customers request, the 220V outlets of auxiliary power 10kVA of balun winding, connected to ∆, might be mounted on the transformers cover.

ТМГСУ type power transformers are designed to keep phase voltages symmetrical in elecrtic energy mains with uneven phase loading. 
Voltage adjustment - ПБВ (off-load). To do this, the transformers are equipped with high-voltage switches, which are connected to the high voltage winding and allow you to adjust the voltage by steps with a range of ± 2 x 2.5%, when the transformer is disconnected from the mains.
  According to ГОСТ 11677, the maximum deviation of transformers technical parameters are:

- short-circuit voltage ± 10%;
- short-circuit loses on the main branch + 10%;
- load losses + 15 %;
- total weight + 10 %.

Operation conditions
altitude – up to 1000 m.
  Ambient temperature:
- for a temperate climate - from –45ОС to +40ОС («У» composition);
- for a cold climate - from –60ОС до +40ОС («ХЛ» composition).
Relative humidity– less than 80% at +25ОС.

  The transformers are not suitable for operation:
- In the explosive and corrosive medium (containing gases, vapors, dusts and others in an increased concentration);
- Vibration or shock;
- With frequent on-load reconnections on the feeding side.

  The transformars design
  The transformers tanks are rectangular. To increase the cooling surface, corrugated (wave) cheeks are used. For lifting (movement) a tank and an entire transformer, the hooks arranged at the upper frame of the tank are used. There where a valve (tube) on the tanks cover, and another tube for pouring oil is placed at the bottom of the tank. Also the bottom has drain plug oil valve (tube) for sampling, and grounding bolt.

The active part consists of a magnetic core, made of cold rolled electrical steel, windings and the high-voltage switch. Its lifting (movement) arranged by eyelets located at the top of the core.
  Transformers windings are made of aluminium wire.
  HV inlets and LV outlets are made as cast polymeric bushings for outdoor installation, located on the top of the transformers covers. Transformers are equipped by oil level indicators. To measure the temperature of the upper oil layers in the tank, thermometers on transformers covers are installed.
  Temperature volumetric oil fluctuations are offset by elastic deformation of the tank corrugated cheeks.
  Rollers are used for longitudinal and lateral movement of transformers.
