  The transformers are comply to MEK-76, ГОСТ 11677-85, ГОСТ Р 52719-2007, TУ У 31.1-13608660-062:2007.

The manufacture is certified by ISO 9001:2008.
  Power oil-immersed three-phase double-wound step-down transformers for indoor and outdoor installation, capacity from 40 to 630 kVA, are intended for installation on excavators platforms for feeding their electric equipment.

  Technical data
  ТМЭ, ТМЭГ power transformers are available with primary windings rated voltage (high voltage) 6; 10 kV, and secondary windings (low voltage) - 0.4 kV.

Short circuit voltage 4,5% (except ТМЭ(Г)-630: 5,5%).
  To adjust the voltage, transformers are equipped with a high-voltage circuit breakers, which are connected to the high voltage winding and allow you to adjust the voltage in steps of 2.5% on the value of ± 2 x 2.5% of the nominal value when a transformer is disconnected from the LV and HV mains.

  According to ГОСT 11677, the maximum tolerances of transformers technical parameters are:

- Short circuit voltage ± 10%;

- Short circuit losses on the main branch +10%;

- No-load losses +15%;

- Total weight +10%.

Altitude – up to 1000 m.

Ambient temperature:
- for temperate climate - from –45ОС to +40ОС («У» performance);
- for cold climate - from –60ОС до +40ОС («УХЛ» performance);
Relative humidity: - not more than 80%.

  Continuous operation of ТМЭ(Г) type transformers under shaking and vibration, due to excavators operation, is allowed.
While provided periodic cleaning of dust, transformers can operate with air dust 400 mg/m3.
Not suitable for use in hazardous and hostile environments.
  The design of transformers
  Transformers tanks are rectangular, manufactured using as radiators as corrugated tanks.
  HV and LV bushings are located at the top of transformers and covered by sealed metal box with IP54 protection. The inlets are removable, te bushings are polymeric and are not designed for operation in an environment contaminated with reactive gases and conductive dust. The active part of the transformer consists of a magnetic core, made of cold rolled electrical steel, windings and a high-voltage switch.
  The transformers windings are aluminium.

  The oil expansion tank ensures enough level of the transformer oil at all operating conditions and ambient temperature fluctuations. To check oil level, an oil indicator is installed at the end of the tank. At the oil level indicator three reference marks are plotted, corresponding to the oil level while the transformer stopped and at different operating temperatures:
–45ОС, +15ОС, +40ОС - «У» performance;

–60ОС, +15ОС, +40ОС - «УХЛ» performance.
