SF6 current transformers of the TOГ series

Gas-insulated measuring current transformers TOГ are intended for use in alternating current electrical circuits with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz in order to transmit a signal of measuring information to measuring, protection, automation, signaling and control devices.

The transformers are filled with SF6 gas and have a pressure monitor with a signaling device. At the request of the customer, it can be supplemented with an SF6 density sensor with a high and low level alarm. Our plant produces the following TOГ transformers:

ТОГ 123 (ТОГ 110), ТОГ 170 (ТОГ 150), ТОГ 245 (ТОГ 220), ТОГ 362 (ТОГ 330), ТОГ 525 (ТОГ 500), ТОГ 765 (ТОГ 750).

Design The design of the transformers provides for a safety device that does not allow an increase in excess pressure inside the transformer above 7 atm. The gas discharge through the safety device is directed upward, outside the area of ​​the operating personnel. Transformers are resistant to mechanical environmental factors in accordance with ГОСТ 17516.1 and can withstand seismic vibrations up to 8 points. Transformers completely replace oil-filled transformers in compliance with all technical characteristics and mounting dimensions.

Specifications In addition to the technical characteristics indicated below, at the request of the customer, transformers can be manufactured according to individual orders: with a changed number of secondary windings; accuracy class 0.2; 0.2S; 0.5; 0.5S; one; 5P; 10P; with a modified rated power of the secondary windings in accordance with ДСТУ ГОСТ 7746-2003 for current transformers and ДСТУ ГОСТ 1983-2003 for voltage transformers, subject to the accuracy class. Current transformers have two current versions with external switching by means of jumpers and the third version on the low side in the secondary terminal box with a tap on the measuring winding. Voltage transformers have one or two secondary main windings providing the highest accuracy class when switched on simultaneously. Service The transformers have stable insulation characteristics throughout the entire service life and do not require medium and major repairs with drying or replacement of insulation. The transformers are explosion- and fire-safe: metal structures are not destroyed and there is no fire in case of a short circuit. The SF6 gas pressure is monitored both visually by control devices and has an output to the control panel with signaling of the upper level, nominal pressure and lower level of SF6 pressure. Documents and guarantees The transformers comply with the requirements of ДСТУ ГОСТ 7746-2003 for current transformers and ДСТУ ГОСТ 1983-2003 for voltage transformers, technical conditions and working drawings. If the consumer observes the conditions of transportation, storage, installation and operation, the enterprise undertakes to replace or repair the failed transformer free of charge during the warranty period, provided that the consumer observes the requirements of the operating manual. Transformers meet the following criteria: average service life - 30 years guaranteed shelf life - 1 year warranty period of operation: from the date of commissioning - 3 years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer - no more than 3.5 years
